Digitimes reports that Foxconn subsidiary Cybermart International was recently granted status as a first-grade distributor of Apple products and will plan to open up 500 Apple licensed retail stores in the Greater China area in the coming years.
Cymbermart currently operates 34 outlets in China and has plans to add up to 8 more stores in 2011.
