News, Rumors

China Ontrade claims that the picture below is a 4th generation iPhone Midboard, which will presumably be launched sometime this summer if Apple keeps their iPhone release schedule in-tact.  Notably, China Ontrade announced an iPhone 3GS part for sale a month before the official device was actually introduced.  That report would later prove to be accurate.  So their track record is legit, albeit not terribly extensive.

China Ontrade claims that the part below arrived at their warehouse from Foxconn on November 1st, and interestingly enough, the site claims that it will soon have pictures of the “iPhone 4 Generation with amazingly beautiful back cover.”  Okay, you’ve piqued our interest China Ontrade.  Well-done.

Aside from promises of more photos, there isn’t much else to discern from the picture, but we’ll pass it along in the interest of iPhone rumor mongering.

You might recall that Foxconn is the Taiwanese based company that manufacturers a number of Apple’s more popular products, and the same company that garnered national headlines this past summer when one of its employees committed suicide after one of the 16 iPhone 4G prototypes he was responsible for went missing.
