Wired has the scoop on Steve Demeter, an iPhone developer who made $250,000 in just 2 months with his iPhone game Trism. Priced at only 5 bucks, and with Apple taking 30% of sales, that means that over 70,000 copies of the game have been downloaded.  Despite all of the controversy surrounding the app store these days, the fact remains that a solid application can rake in a lot of dough, and will motivate developers to churn out quality software.
