Apple History, Featured, News

What you’re looking at below is a bona fide photo of Steve Jobs’ business card from 1979. I wonder what the good folks from American Psycho would think of it.

A few observations:

1. Apparently he went by Steven back in the day

2. An obvious statement, but the lack of an email address is both interesting and glaring. Different times, my friends.

3. The phone number listed still routs you directly to Apple’s main switch board

4. And most interesting of all, Mozilla Labs director Pascal Finette (who first tweeted the photo) writes that Jobs’ business card, while seemingly quite innocuous, actually contains more than meets the eye.

By the way, the one thing you can’t see on the picture is the fact that the business card has an embossed Apple logo!  So they definitely went all way out and spent quite some serious cash on their business cards (which doesn’t surprise me with Steve).

Now that’s some Apple history for ya.
