Apple is being sued once again, but unlike many of the recent lawsuits, this one appears to have some merit. EZ4media is a Chicago based company that specializes in wireless digital entertainment products, and they allege that Apple lured away 3 of its key employees who then used proprietary and classified information to help Apple develop the Apple TV.
