Appleinsider has the scoop on yet another frivolous Apple lawsuit. It seems that someone has taken umbrage with both AT&T and Apple for selling too many iPhones and subsequently slowing down the AT&T network. Ironically, this lawsuit comes days after Apple released an Iphone update that seems to have cleared up many of the previously documented problems.
