As if Motorola needs even more bad news, Motorola CEO Sanjay Jha said that they won’t be coming out with an Android phone until Christmas 2009, significantly later than initially expected.  In the meantime, Motorola will release new smartphone models running Windows Mobile.  Over the past few months, Motorola has seen its market share and stock price plummet in the face of competition from BlackBerry and Apple.
