The iPhone Dev Team is advising users of jailbroken iPhones NOT to install Apple’s latest 2.2.1 iPhone Software Update. Astonishingly, the update might brick your iPhone.
Is it just me, or has jailbreaking an iPhone become an exercise in futility and irrelevance. I mean, I suppose it’s one thing if you’re jailbreaking it so you can use it on another network, but I think you’d have to be an idiot to be a jailbreaker just so that you can run some obscure App that Apple decided not to let into the App Store.
