Apple on Wednesday morning introduced a revamped iPod Shuffle with speech capabilities.  Smaller than the previous iPod Shuffle, the latest model does away with the controls on the device itself, and instead moves them to the earbud cord.

The new feature Apple’s touting in the new Shuffle is called VoiceOver, a button-activated feature which tells you what song is playing, and will even alert you when your battery needs charging.  And oh yeah, the iPod Shuffle speaks 14 languages.

A 4GB sells for $79.

You can find more info about it over here on Apple’s website.
