Chi-Hua Chien of KPCB, the venture capital firm behind the $100 Million iFund initiative, came up with some interesting graphs which illustrate how much more quickly the rate of growth has been for the iPhone and the iTunes App Store compared to the iPod and iTunes Music Store.  The differences are staggering.
