Actually, it was part of the episode which was supposed to also have a Windows 7 advertisement as a “cut away” by Peter. They showed the “cut away” as a real commercial here at least. The scene was not included in the show proper because MS didn’t agree with the content of the rest of the show. What were they expecting when they teamed up with Family Guy? Come on!
