iLounge did some preliminary battery testing on the newly released iPad 3G this weekend and the results were almost as good as the battery life on the wi-fi model.
Refreshing a large webpage every 60 seconds via 3G, with the screen set to 50% brightness, the iPad 3G lasted for 8 hours and 38 minutes of “continuous reloading and displaying.”
Simply awesome.
