With over 4 million units sold in the first weekend of availability, the iPhone 4S is poised to become the most successful iPhone model ever. Not bad for a device that many ill-informed pundits were quick to label a lackluster upgrade.

No doubt helping those already high iPhone sales figure grow even higher is the fact that the iPhone rollout to countries around the world is the fastest in Apple history. Originally launching in the US, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, Canada and the UK, it took Apple just two weeks to launch the device in 22 additional countries on October 28.

Now Apple is gearing up for the next round of iPhone 4S launches and the countries on deck include Brazil and Russia, two of the more populous countries in the world. Other countries set to receive the iPhone 4S treatment include Taiwan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and the Philippines.
