Apple puts warning in new iPhone commercials

In Apple’s latest iPhone commercials, they’ve put a subtle warning on the bottom that informs viewers that the iPhone sequence they’re about to see has been sped up.  Now, this might seem a bit pointless, but keep in mind that there is already pending litigation against Apple for supposedly ‘misleading’ consumers as to the speed of the iPhone 3G – and one of the pieces of evidence is the speed with which the iPhone performs in commercials.  Wow, give lawyers an inch…  Anyways, check out the screenshot below and you’ll see the phrase “Sequence Shortened” at the bottom.
