Engadget has unearthed a number of advertising materials for an upcoming Zune product largely believed to be a Zune HD.  According to PC World, the Zune HD will go toe to toe with the iPod Touch and will come in similar storage configurations.  Notably, its reported that the device will come with a touchscreen, but will sport a smaller screen size and larger build.
