What ever happened to these Snow Leopard features?

Snow Leopard is admittedly low on new eye candy features, which makes us wonder what ever happened to these window resizing features, originally spotted a few months ago.  Were they fake, or did Apple decide to remove them?

Our take is that the features above look better in a demo than would translate into actual real world usage.  What do you guys think?

Now THAT would be nice … but perhaps up the road

Sure do wish would bring back the “window-shade-roll-up-thingy”

You know … from OS 9 (so very long ago and now lost in time it seems)

I’m not sure, but it could be that since they promised that Snow Leopard paves the way for thousands of new future features, maybe they thought it best to hold off to then, so they can make up for the few eye candy in Snowy? Hopefully, the next version will overwhelm us with hundreds of cool eye candy in the next version! At least I hope so.

definitely fake. control-klick on the menu bar is taken. also, control-klick is defined as right-mouse-key-klick, so this does not make sense.

but, fake in a funny way. 🙂

Looks only OK…it’s not finished yet by what I see….when Steve says it done we will get it 🙂 All active screens should expand and fill all spaces as it resizes. Thus if you have 2 windows on the desktop you would have the option to completely fill the screen up with side by side. I’m sure glad I see they are working on it because I really miss that vertical / horizontal tile that Windows does.
