Hotspot feature for the iPhone 4 via Verizon to cost $20/month

MacWorld reportsthat the previously announced hotspot feature that enables iPhone 4 owners on Verizon to create a wi-fi network with support for up to 5 devices will be available for a $20 charge on top of a users monhtly bill. The $20 add-on will let users consume up to 2GB of extra data a month. Earlier today, we reported that Verizon was doing away with a tiered data plan for smartphone users. That said, all iPhone 4 owners on Verizon will be subject to a $29 data plan for unlimited data.
